The Hotels Club

The Hotels Club is a Petersburg non-profit hotel association. It was created by leading professionals of the hospitality industry in April of 2005 as a voluntary union of small business hotels.  

The hotel “Grifon” became a member of the Club in 2008.

The main fundamentals of the Club:

• active attracting of new guests to St. Petersburg;
• mutual accommodation of big groups in hotels of the Club;
• individual approach to each guest, high level of security;
• support of stable reputation of the Club in the market as an union of professionals of the hospitality industry and recommendations of hotels by members of the Club;
• annual service audit in hotels of the Club and implementation of service quality standards for all members of the Club;
• mutual projects and creating of corporate image of the Club.

The Hotels Club is a Petersburg style of hospitality.

The hotel “Grifon” bacame a member of discount programme for Citibank credit cards’ holders in 2009:  

Pay by Citibank’s credit card and get 10% discount for accommodation at the hotel and Wi-Fi for free.

The hotel “Grifon”  became a partner of the Bank “Saint Petersburg” in 2008.
